Care & Guide

Washing:
- Remove the pillowcase and wash the insert separately only when needed
- Turn the cover inside out and place it in a laundry bag for extra care
- Use cold water (max 30°C) on a gentle cycle for machine wash
- Avoid brushing for hand wash
- Do not bleach or dry clean
- Do not soak more than 30 minutes, wash & dry immediately
Drying:
- Air dry flat in a shaded, ventilated area
- Ensure pillow is completely dry to prevent mold
- Pat to restore its natural fluffiness
- Fluff the pillow regularly to prevent clumping and keep its shape

        Is TENCEL™ safe and suitable for babies and kids?

        TENCEL™ is a premium, plant-based fibre made from sustainably sourced wood pulp. It’s ultra-soft, breathable, and hypoallergenic, making it perfect for baby’s delicate and sensitive skin.

        Is this bolster suitable for the hot and humid climate in Malaysia and Singapore?

        Yes. TENCEL™ is ideal for hot weather. It is highly breathable and effectively wicks moisture, keeping skin cool and dry by promoting quick evaporation. This helps regulate body temperature and prevent overheating in hot, humid weather while still keeping them comfortable in cooler air-conditioned rooms.

        Is the bolster and its cover easy to wash and care for?

        Yes! Both the bolster and its cover are machine washable using a gentle or delicate cycle. For best results, place them in a laundry bag, use mild detergent and turn the cover inside out before washing.

        Avoid using fabric softeners. Do not bleach, do not cry clean, do not tumble dry and do not iron.

        Does the bolster maintain its shape after washing?

        Yes. Our patented plant-based filling resists clumping and stays plush after washing. Just lay the bolster flat to dry in a shaded airy spot after washing. Once fully dry, gently pat the pillow to bring back its fluff.

        We recommend washing the bolster before its first use. For regular care, simply wash the removable TENCEL™ cover. Wash the inner filling only when needed to extend its lifespan.

        Unlike most bolster filled with 100% petroleum-based polyester, we use an innovative polymer made with renewable, plant-based ingredients. This makes it not only softer and more breathable but also a more sustainable choice.
