No Refunds or Exchanges (Except for Defective Items)

To protect product hygiene and ensure every customer receives brand new items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

14-Day Window to Report Issues

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email us at support@hooloolookids.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Return Shipping

If the issue is confirmed to be on our end, we may either cover return shipping or send a replacement, depending on the case. We may also require the item to be returned before a replacement is issued.
