Shipping policy

We’re here to make shipping simple. Here’s how we get your order to you.

  1. Free Shipping (Minimum Spend Applies)

    We offer free standard shipping for orders that meet the following minimums:

    • West Malaysia: RM200 and above

    • East Malaysia: RM250 and above

    • Singapore: Launching soon

    For orders below the minimum, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

  2. Processing & Delivery Time
    Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

    Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days to arrive.

  3. Shipment Notifications & Tracking
    You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
    Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate.

  4. Delays, Lost or Stolen Packages
    If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days of shipment confirmation, contact us at support@hooloolookids.com with your order number. For lost or stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier—we’re happy to assist where possible.

  5. Address Accuracy
    Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

  6. Holiday & Peak-Season Shipping
    During holidays or peak periods, delivery times may be longer. Thank you for your understanding.
