Free Shipping (Minimum Spend Applies)
We offer free standard shipping for orders that meet the following minimums:

West Malaysia: RM200 and above

East Malaysia: RM250 and above

For orders below the minimum, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days to arrive.

Shipment Notifications & Tracking
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate. -
Delays, Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days of shipment confirmation, contact us at support@hooloolookids.com with your order number. For lost or stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier—we’re happy to assist where possible. -
Address Accuracy
Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. -
